Coin98 Labs is a DeFi product builder focusing on creating and developing an ecosystem of DeFi protocols and applications on multiple blockchains. We are looking for talented young Customer Service who will contribute to our journey to conquer local and global crypto opportunities.
- Handle back office tickets, provide 24/7 online inquiries, and email replies services to customers;
- Handle customer inquiries, advice, and suggestions via email or online tools;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the leaders;
- Understand Coin98 products thoroughly to help users get the best experience;
- Follow the working time: Full-time: 12 AM – 8 AM (GMT+7)
- Good at English;
- High level of honesty and integrity;
- Ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and exceed beyond expectation;
- Passionate for the customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts, including night shift;
- Experience in customer service, esp. in cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus;
- Fast learning skills and adaptability;
- Attention to detail;
- Age under 25.
- Salary: $600 – $800 (full-time), $300 – $400 (part-time);
